When buying from us we collect information such as your name, contact and delivery address details. This is so that we can fulfill your order. We provide a guest checkout facility or offer you the option of creating an online account. If you do not shop with acorn & will on a regular basis we will hold your details for limited period of time. If you have not made a purchase within a period of 3 years we will delete your account and personal details.
If you use our guest checkout we will only keep your personal details for up to a maximum of 1 year. This is so that we can fulfil obligations such as refunds.
When you contact acorn & will by email, phone or social media we will require information about you so that we can respond to your query.
